FortunaWay does not represent ownership of any physical asset, revenue rights, financial claims, investment entitlement, or guaranteed return. Fortuna Points are contribution records within the FortunaWay ecosystem and are not designed as tokens, securities, financial instruments, or cash-equivalent assets. ### Compliance Approach FortunaWay follows a risk-aware operating approach across product design, community activity, user participation, and ecosystem collaboration. Our compliance principles include: * Clear distinction between cultural participation and financial products * No promise of investment return or asset appreciation * No cash redemption or financial settlement for Fortuna Points * Transparent campaign and participation rules * Anti-abuse and anti-fraud monitoring * Official communication through verified channels * Ongoing review of product features before launch ### User Responsibility Users are responsible for understanding the nature of FortunaWay’s products and participating through official channels only.
